WALL-E

Hornell, NY: After much cajoling, my aunt gave in to go for a different kind of a movie. My two cousins and myself were quite happy anyways. The theater was about a mile away from home and as the night show time approached we all got set to pack in the car and leave on time to watch WALL-E. A strange name for a movie but a quite appropriate for a robot (stands for Waste Allocation Load Lifter Earth-Class). After taking the tickets and a bucket of popcorns (though Vijay, my cousin, also sneeked in two cans of coke we got from home) we sat in the middle of a nearly emply hall. This was expected out of a small town such as Hornell. More so, people turning up for such a different movie are always less. There were no promotions, so the movie started just as we sat down. A very nice and a different sort of movie, i must say. The romance between Wall-e and EVE (Extraterrestrial Vegetation Evaluator) is remarkably portrayed in the movie. With very few dialogues between the two robots, their emotions were shown by the way one robot call other's name in different ways, sometimes showing anger and sometimes showing love. There is an environmental message of the movie as well, but that gets overshadowed by the brilliant chemistry between the robots. If not my aunt, we three completely enjoyed watching the great work of Pixar. Recommended: a must watch movie for all ages!
